I have always used Norton antivirus but fed up of the system being slow. Due to renew with Norton in May and considering trying another but haven't a clue what to go for. Is Norton the best? Help its a minefield! I have Windows XP Home editition but only 128mb of ram. Need a new computer but can't afford one yet.

Just a note if you are sceptical about the free options avast! by Alwil & AVG by Grisoft. Both are listed click here on the Microsoft Antivirus partners page. Whatever you think about Bill G, he doesn't put idiots or the incompetent on his partner list.
