anti virus

Hi everyone yesterday AVG flaged the agent etp virus Which I cleansed but still being wary this morning I ran Panda on line virus check which to my amazement showes 1 virus 5 hacking tools or unwanted programs and 70 instances of spyware? how is this I have spyblaster adaware and avg installed and all up to date and they show nothing To disinfect my computer I would have to purchase a program from Panda is this a try on do I trust AVG Adaware of Panda any advice please Kopite

By the way, if you're running an OS such as XP which has System Restore, disable Sys Restore before running full ant-malware and/or AV scans.
