Dell desktop XP media edSomething called Personal security has hijacked the screen, cant get icons or any programs to run, hence cant load anything to try to remove it.Ran in safe mode and used malware bytes, crap cleaner but Superantispyware was prevented from running, rebooted normally and nothing has changed.please help once againJohn
