Symantec has just posted another virus alert click here

  Elrond 19:14 09 Jan 2003

W32.Lirva.A is a mass-mailing worm that spreads via email, open network shares, a Peer-to-Peer application (KaZaA), and some chat programs (IRC, ICQ). It will attempt to send the virus writer any cached Windows 95/98/Me dial-up networking passwords. This worm also attempts to terminate antivirus and firewall products.

We shudn't single out Kazaa and start another riot of right an wrongs.

Never used KaZaa and never intend to. Just thought I would bring Symantec's warning to the attention of anyone interested.
