Analogue Video Capture on external HDD

Could anyone please tell me if it is possible to successfully capture analogue video on to an external USB2 hard drive or must you use an internal one?

You will have to import the videos to your internal harddrive on the pc and then transfer them to the external drive.

You could use something like this click here(8669)Terratec-Grabster-AV250-External-analogue.aspx
and copy to disc.
