analogue video capture

I have an ATI 9800 pro aiw graphics card and dazzle digital video creator 80. I'm running xp pro on a duron 1.3, 200gig hd 512meg memory. I want to capture analog video using rca leads. How can I do this and do I need anything else?

Why don't you do a search in the search box on the left of your screen for previous threads on this subject.

Pehaps I should have said that the analog I want to capture is from my very old camcorder. I have checked the forums and they all seem to refer to digital capture. I wanted to know if the equipment I have is suitable or not.

I put this on an old discussion.

Type 'Analogue Capture Cards' in Search and you will probably find more responses

Why not just by a cheap Web cam

According to the ATI site, your All In Wonder has RCA in. Capture through that.

I use the Dazzle Fusion USB unit, comes with Pinnacle Studio capture software. I am currently transferring all my Beta/VHS tapes to DVD and have used it with Analogue and Digital camcorders.

As well as your very old camcorder, do you have a newer digital one with analogue inputs? Although primarily designed for copying analogue recordings to digital tape, they can also be used as an analogue to digital converter to capture to the computer. I do with with my Canon MV700i converting both VHS and VHS-C.
