If you were running a computer network in a workplace would you want people downloading from Kazaa which is apparently a prime source of viruses etc and which could cripple your business?

And that's apart from the stealing element which the employer could be sued for.

My thoughts exactly!

May make the Kazaa users think twice about using the software?

If the company has any concern about this (Which I hope they do), then they would do something to either stop the program running in the first place or stop it downloading by using a better operating system.

I downloaded Kazaa just before my ISP blocked the website to download it. I can still connect to Kazaa, but not to their website.

Anyone downloading anything from one of these sites would very quickly be part of a very long queue looking for new employment.

They know that - it's in their Contract of Employment.

I'm glad it's not just me that see's the worry of these networks!
