All incoming emails go to Junk folder!

The majority of my incoming emails go to my Junk folder & end up marked as spam.

I use Mailwasher as i like it, but when i'm waiting for an incoming email i have to login to my webmail address with Orange & there it is in my Junk folder!

If i 'mark as not spam', it works for that mail, it will go through to Mailwasher, but another from same address will still end up in Junk when i next get one!

i don't have this version of mailwasher! i don't see any of this stuff in my version 2.0

If your mail is going to the Orange junk folder it has nothing to do with Mailwasher. Mailwasher only displays mail from the Inbox of your mail provider. If it isn't in the Inbox(because it has been moved to Junk)Mailwasher doesn't know the mail exists.
It appears that it is the settings in Orange that need adjusting, click here

Yes, i think its nothing to do with mailwasher, but don't know how to redirect certain mails to inbox rather than junk.

It was ok a month ago, it seems to have happened outa the blue!
