Alert from Norton Internet Security

Yesterday, and this morning NIS, has popped an alert message which I have never seen before. It reads "A remote service is attempting to access Microsoft Generic Host Process for Win32 Services on your computer". NIS quote it as Low Risk and in the 'what do you want to do' box it suggests 'Permit (recommended)'. Not having a clue why this message has suddenly appeared two days in a row I opted to block it. In the details about the alert the Program is shown as C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe. Anyone know what this all about?

Thanks for the link. I assume that I can opt select 'Permit (recommended)' the next time NIS shows this message and put a tick in the 'Always use this action' box to stop it reappearing each time. What I cannot understand is why NIS has suddenly decided to display this message.
