agp question

i have a mother asus p4pe motherboard that has 4 times agp, and a fx5600 graphics card. i want to upgrade my graphices card to a radeon 9800 so i can play far cry better. would i be losing out alot because my motherboard is only 4 times agp? should i buy a new motherbaord thats 8 times agp? how do i get a times sign on my keyboard? cheers.

9800 Pro fine with AGP x4 my mobo supports x8 running my 9800Pro Artic Cooler

you will not see any difference between 8x and 4x, it is only a very small inprovement. you will need a pro version of the 9800 to see a big improvement in speed.
