cheers mate i have already checked the symmantec page but not to clued up on messing around with registry keys and whatnot it all looks daunting! is this the only way.how comes counterspy cannot remove it?
Norton *should* remove it .........Symantec suggest booting into safe mode and running the scan from there.
I don't know about Counterspy.......different products list different things as problems.Maybe gogo tools is one of those things Counterspy doesn't detect.
If you use Spybot S&D, it has a browser helper listing in it's advanced mode>Tools>BHOs section.That lists all the Browser helper objects on your pc and lets you delete any you don't want.If gogo tools is listed you can remove it from there.
