Advice on Upgrade

Hi , I would like to upgrade my system ,would anyone advise me where the best place to start would be.
This is my Current system:

Your board is manufactured by Asrock and from what I see has 2 DIMM slots for RAM but you don't state if both slots are filled.The graphics for this board are integrated integrated ProSavage onboard chip with a default minimum of 32MB graphics supporting 4X/2X.

The simplest upgrade would be to add a separate a separate Graphics Card with possibly 128MB memory and,if possible, more RAM.Try using the Crucial selector to identify possible upgrade

many thanks for that. Actually though both slots are filled, I have a sound card and TV Card installed.

only one DIMM slot is in use at present.
