I purchased an Advent T12 two years ago from PC World, and recently had a big problem that neccessitated intalling a new hard drive, yes you guessed it, my backup CD is missing! I purchased and installed XP OK ,and everything works except I get no sounds, as I do not have I guess, the required drivers. The screen's OK. Anybody know what drivers I need, and where to get them?

Did you go into device manager, click on the setting and pick update driver?

Or run SIW from here click here To find the make and model of your motherboard. The other thing maybe that you have a seperate sound card installed into the motherboard. SIW should pick up both.

If you don't have a separate sound card, check your BIOS to ensure On Board Sound is set to enabled.
