Advent 4489 Netbook:How much should i buy for?

  buel 22:03 18 Dec 2009

Hi, im thinking of buying a 11month old Advent 4489 notebook for a family member. The person selling is selling it for £150 but after searching ebay i found that the prices vary very much. I see that it was originally costing £199 so i suspect that £150 isn't that good a deal but having said that, the seller doesn't seem to know anything about computers (not that i do) so doesn't know what to charge!
Any ideas would be very welcome! Thank you!!

Its a netbook and if he can sell a used machine for that price, bearing in mind the retail price, good luck to him.

Don't forget that he has had the benefit of a warranty for the 11 months that he has owned it. I would have thought that £100 is nearer the mark for it and to be truthful I doubt whether I would even part with that much for it.
