Advanced Outlook Skills

Just what are they?!

I'm having to deliver some "advanced Outlook skills" to some teachers - I myself am one, which got me thinking...
What are the skills I can show?

So far I've thought of the following:

Signatures;
Using Business Cards;
Using the diary for organisation;
Scheduling meetings;
Colour categories and flagging;

I know it's not amazingly advanced, but what else have I miseed out on?

THis is going to be delivered to ppl who use outlook for email and not a lot else (but there will be some real wizzes there too!)
