i am having bsnl smartatx 882 ADSL modem with ethernet and USB options. the CD with it can not install usb driver in my new notebook with vista. i can use the modem for BSNL-india broadband with ethernet - LAN option / wire. USB port-wire does not work. In my old system, i was having two LAN cards, one for ADSL modem and one for local PC networking in next room of my wife. Now in new laptop, i have only one LAN card. my modem does not work with USB. What is the solution ?? can u suggest me USB driver for windows Vista for ADSL modem ??

No Vista/USB drivers apparently (click here), perhaps you can get a USB > NIC adaptor to get round the problem, I use a Dynamode model with no problems on any system (so far) click here

is it compatible with ?? Vista ? i dont think so.

i think, better is to use ethernet port - 6-8 port to add more networks.
