ADSL Problem help needed.

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone know what is required to fit a normal microphone and headset to a system running ADSL B/Band so that a phone conversation can be held at the same time as working on the the net with a customer.

At present I have to crook a handset in my ear while trying to type on keyboard (End up with a very stiff neck after a couple of hours).

Running XP Pro op sys.

I realise I need a headset and sound card for this purpose, but not sure what sort of software (If any) is needed.

I also know it can be done just on one phone line, as this is all I use at Present.

Many thanks for any help.

you would need a modem with speaker and mic sockets and a program like talkworks

Or just buy a normal hands-free phone, the type with a speaker/mic built in. leave it on the base set and just press a button to make or receive call. j
