My new ISP ukonline tell me that the reason i am getting constant dropped connections and slow speeds is that the ADSL filters are now past their best and they need to be replaced, are they having a laugh?
Update. I have been trying the new filters for the last few days and the problem still exists, my isp now wants me to download the latest drivers from netgear if this fails then then want me to buy a new telephone extension cable and router claiming that the one i am currently using may be past its best, where do these people come from. i think its time to request my mac code, although im am only into the third week of a twelve month contract, this should be interesting.
