Adobe Version Cue

Hi all,

Does anyone use it? exactly how does it work? I got an oem copy of it but can't figure out what it's meant to be doing?

click here& that rather long link should take you to the adobe site.

Surely anyone with an organised enough system should be able to find what they want when they want it without having to resort to using version cue?

Don't have this program but I would imagine it comes in use if you have or run a busy graphics/art department or facility.

i do graphics/mulitimedia work myself and have over 200gb of data stored. I always make sure that my files are organised.

In this particular instance i'm asking on behalf of a print/ design company. I just built some systems for them and installed adobe creative suite amongst other stuff.

I just don't see the point of it. At the end of the day you can always use windows search anyway can't you?
