Hi,
Certain web sites instruct me to download the adobe flash player to view the page.

I click on the link to the adobe web page, and a download option appears.

When the player has finished downloading ,another box appears informing that adobe flash player has been successfully installed.

The problem, when I go back to those web sites I still receive the message that adobe is not present, please download.

Can anyone please help?.
Cheers,IQS

It does. For some reason you need to uninstall using the Adobe uninstaller then reinstall. It will be OK after that. You tube will then work and others.

Uninstaller click here

installer (uncheck Yahoo tool bar)
