Adobe Acrobat PDF

Many on line companys use this for allowing forms to be downloaded prior to filling in.These can then be printed and filled in by hand

Anyone suggest sofware to allow the forms to be filled in before printing out

Adobe Acrobat will do it - the writer, not the reader.

Thanks yes I know the writer will do it but being tight and not useing ofter did not want to install the full Adobe package, I was more intrested if any one had used other software which may be in more common use. I know Lotus (which I use ) wont.

There is a program called Print Pilot which allows you to print the Form, scan it and then fill in the details on the computer so that everything lines up OK but it's not a FREE one.
I think you can find it OK on Google.

allows pdf editing I download (fully functional trial version). If you don't get fixed up it might be worth trying it out.

many thanks I will give those a try, if not will rune the trial writer on PDF as I said its not a thing I use often and am reluctent to purchase a full version for only infrequent use.
