I have a new computer using Windows 8.1 - which has the hard drive from my old machine still installed - "Local disc E"

I have some files on this which I want to transfer to the main hard drive- "Local Disc C"

How do I get "Local disc C" to appear as an option in the "Send to" drop down menu?

As your OS is on the C Drive, you can't have it as a "Send to" address.

However, "Copy & Paste" is still open to you

I use the SendtoToys which allows me to send to any folder.

Thanks again to you all!

Sorry, MechKB2 - - I did open your link, but that was before I'd even heard of "Sendto Toys". I've now downloaded it and I'm sure it will be very helpful.
