You will have controls on the monitor itself to alter this display. I think the one you want is "Pincushion".

Press the menu button on the monitor and it will bring up an on-screen display with access to many adjustments. Use one of the buttons to highlight each setting in turn and try to adjust your display from there. If you need a little more help with this, then please post back on this thread and tell me what all the options are in the menu and I will talk you through the settings. j.

By the way it is an AOC not ADC

Received by mail. I have amended the mail slightly to save space. I have also sent a reply, rather a long one giving full details on how to adjust the on-monitor controls, and explained how to bring the post back to the thread when ready. j.

tried using the controls on monitor helps with vertical adjustment but will not move horizontal- also can't get technical with out someone here to hold my hand but get feeling the monitor itself is faulty and should be sorted under warranty.

Update
Scotwolf contacted me by email a short while back to confirm that the monitor is a 17" AOC CRT.
A friend has tried all the adjustments on the monitor and there is no improvement to the display.

The shop where she bought the monitor early this year has gone out of business and Scotwolf had no details for contacting AOC.

I have assured her that the warranty is with AOC and not the shop, I also passed on the telephone number for a replacement monitor to be arranged. j.

Please read the username Scotwolf as "pillared"

My apologies for the mistake. I have been helping both members and dealing with my own loss of Broadband this morning for a while, so I'm confused! :o(
