Adaware SE: VX2cleaner plug-in

I have downloaded this onto an XP Home system and onto a Win98 system. It claimed to have installed successfully on both but it doesn't appear in the Add-ons panel. I have VX2cleaner.dll and.dlx files in the plug-in folder and there is an installation log in the main folder. Any suggestions please? It's supposed to work with all versions of SE.

Have you checked the 'tools' tab in the add-ons box?

CHAIRLEG Sorry, I should have said that I had tried re-installing. Thanks anyway. I'm wondering if I have a dodgy download. I think I'll try another tomorrow.

It might be of use to someone to know that a new download did fix it. Thanks for responses.
