HELLO EVERYBODY...
YESTERDAY I TRYED TO SET UP A WIRELESS AD-HOC BETWEEN MY LAPTOP(WINXP HOME SP2) AND MY DESKTOP(WINXP PRO SP1).FINISHED SET UP AND HAD VERY GOOD CONNECTION.BUT I CAN'T SHARE ANY FILE OR MY DSL CONNECTION OF MY DESKTOP.
I AM NOT RUNNING ANY FIREWALL NOW.I USED TO ZONE ALARM BUT I UNINSTALLED IT.
WHEN I TURN THE TWO WIRELESS TO ACCESS POINT I CAN SEE THE LAPTOP SHARED FILES FROM THE DESKTOP BUT I CAN'T THE OPPOSITE.ALSO I CAN USE THE DSL FROM THE LAPTOP AND THE DESKTOP...

first off could you type in lower case caps are a bit heavy on the eyes and difficult to read it is also considered as shouting

have you checked windows firewall is not on on the desktop it is activated by default in sp2

to check click start then connect to in right hand column
select show all connections
right click the wireless connection
then properties
then select advanced tab
then settings under windows firewall
