Active Content & Internet Explorer

I am having a problem with a

Right now I am constructing a DHTML Menu with Coffee Cup Menu Builder - When I preview my work, IE opens, and displays this message.

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

The browser window itself has the message:
"Your browser does not support script"

By clicking to "allow blocked content" I can see the content

I'm not finding much help in the help files, but guess I should be looking at the security settings in IE - but where?

I'm running XP Pro and IE 6
