Acronis True Image 10 backup

Mydesktop OS is Windows XP SP3. I've used Acronis True Image backup for three years without any problem, but quite suddenly my daily backup completes 'with errors', and today there were multiple errors, all concerned with files in My Documents, including My Pictures. I've tried Acronis Technical Support but there's no contact number or email, simply a long, long list to trawl through, none of which, up to now, appear to show my problem. Does anyone on this forum use Acronis True Image 10, and if so has anyone experienced similar problems?

I started getting many errors with TI9, usually when validating. It turned out the hard drive I was copying from had bad sectors and failed shortly afterwards.

For Acronis Support log into your account and then go to support.
