Hi All, Have had a problem as explained below. Acronis support team replied with the answer also below. Can any body explain to me in more detail how to retrieve my files as I don’t want to loose my saved files on my external drive F I am not sure about the instructions "Run the following commands in the folder you saved the file to"
I would be grateful for help with Acronis advice procedure

Have just reinstalled XP on my computer as some files had become corrupted. Before this I backed up all my data to a external drive “F” using Acronis True Image 10. Have tried to reinstall all the files from external hardrive using Acronis, but an error message saying “Failed to create the scheduled task Error 1722 – The RPC server is unavailable” I have never used Acronis before to back up files. Has anybody any advice, as I cannot unlock all my program files etc Any help would be great Mick.

Please do the following:
- Download the click here file ; - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu; - Run the following commands in the folder you saved the file to:
schedmgr task zap schedmgr service stop schedmgr service uninstall schedmgr service install schedmgr service start

Powerless I have not downloaded the file at all yet. All my Acronis backed up files are on a external hard drive how can I use the support teams advice to reinstall these files onto my computers hard drive
