Sorry to bother you all again but...

I am trying to plot how a point has moved from its original position in 3D. THerefore i have an x, y and z coordinate that i want to plot but i cant seem to get it done on excel!
I want the plot to look like a 3D line.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance

Does it not give you the choice in your chart options?

Insert > Chart > Line > (the bottom one)

Sorry, but you had your chance this morning with help with Excel.

Enter your Y values in a row across.

Enter your X values in a column down, one column to the left and one row down from where you started your row of Y values.

Fill in your Z values in the appropriate cells bounded by your X and Y values.

Select the resulting table of numbers and click on the Chart Wizard button. Follow the Wizard...
