Have you tried the Agnitum Online Community discussion forum for assistance?:

I don't use this particular firewall but I came across the site when reviewing firewall software.

I use Sygate and all ports up to 2000 are stealthed/blocked. No way of knowing how port 5000 is as their test stops at 2000. I also use DSOstop click here which deals with a nasty vulnerability. If you find a way of checking ports numbered above 2000 I would be glad to hear it.

Port 5000 is for UPnP which can be disabled by going to:

Start, run, type: services.msc

Click OK.

Find: Universal Plug and Play Device Host

Double click and set it's Startup Type to: Disabled.

Port 1025 hmmmm...

Sorted port 5000 out I reckon just port 1025 now, which is something to do with the game of 'blackjack' according to Google, Regards TR

Didn't manage to run 'Shields Up' until today and port 5000 was still open. They have a fix on their site for UPnP ports open, which I downloaded and used. Running 'Shields Up' now just has 1025 open which names it 'blackjack' and its purpose as'network blackjack'. Anyone use Outpost and know how I can block this port? TR

In Outpost click on `options` and select `system` make sure `stealth` is selected , and uncheck `allow net bios` if selected .

Those options are already checked/unchecked as per your instructions but that port still remains open. TR
