26 pro in startup

there are 26 programs in my startup and my pc is very slow .how do i know which ones to keep or get shot of

Please let us know which OS (operating system), hard disk capacity, amount of RAM & some of the programs installed, etc.

For the 'pc is very slow' part, have you defragmented & scanned (Scandisk) your hard drive recently? Do you use programs like Adaware or Spybot S&D. The more info you can provide us the better we'll be able to help you...

click here for Mike Lin's startup control panel, with which you can disable many of the startup programs.

is it possible to turn them all off
