18 months BT broadband contract

  Field Division 15:17 21 Mar 2007

Does anybody know how I can get out of my 18 month contract with BT as I will be renting my house out and moving in with my future wife which has just got NTL installed 3 months ago, I got broadband and my telephone activated about 7 months ago and still have a long way to go in the contract, just wonder if there were any get out clauses..

Nope. You'll have to pay the full 18 months. Bad luck.

Even if I was unhappy the way the service was set up at the start and logged a complaint

Think its a bit late to log a complaint about an issue 7 months ago.
Think your stuck with the bt contract

Hi, if you are renting the place out, with telephone, if new tenant has pc/wants broadband perhaps you could come to an arrangement?
