15 Pin Monitor Plug has only 14 Pins?

I have only 14 pins on my monitor to graphic card plug even though it says 15 pins in monitor handbook. Its the same on both ends, so I haven't lost them. Thanks for answers on this one.

14 Pins is correct, you haven't lost one! Pin no 9 is the one that is left out ;o)

I have just checked out 3 monitors. Two of the plugs on the monitor have actually got 13 pins and only 1 monitor (a 17" CRT) has got 14 pins.

All of these monitors are working perfectly.

Don't worry about it.

I went to have a look at cables, and they do have 14 pins, why call it 15.
