Transferring game save files from 1 PC to another

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can transfer my save files from championship manager 99/00 from my old PC to my new one? I copied the championship manager folder within my C: Drive under "Program Files" to my external hard drive, but when I then transfer them to my new PC even though the game loads, the save files are not there. Any thoughts? (And before you say it, yes it is sad, and yes, I should be playing a more up to date version than 99/00, but I can't help it!). Thanks in advance to any responders!

Havent played the game myself but most games like this store the game saves in thew my documents folder,

Check your my documents folder for anything relating to the game, then just copy the whole folder over to the new pc, by placing it into the my documents folder on the new pc.

Hope this helps.
