I am looking for experienced advice on whether there is a severe bottleneck or lack of adequately performing hardware to fully enjoy modern or demanding games, need maintenance or if I'm getting some serious bad luck on game choices. Final Fantasy XIII, Dragon Age Inquisition both give poor framerate (in my opinion) about 30-55 FPS averaging 40. As well as other games seeming slightly choppy, regardless of graphic options(within reason of my card), giving no difference in FPS. as well as CPU leaning dangerously toward max loud on DAI (controversy on if it optimization issues still open).

                     My Specs:

Processor: (Quad core) AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics (integrated graphics disabled) Ram: 8 GB System type: 64 bit OS, x64 based processor Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 TI 2 GB

notes: PC over 2 yrs old, have used cans of compressed air to clean out dust. I'm going for near flawlessly smooth FPS.

Oh and the processor is 3.2 GHz. Any helpful advice is appreciated.
