Is this graphics card compatible with my mobo?

Hey, I have a Packard Bell desktop pc that is about 4 years old now and i am looking to upgrade the graphics card because it cant handle many games on my 22 inch monitor. I have a MSI MS-6763 mobo and currently i have an Ati Radeon 9200 with 128mb memory. Its running in AGP 8X and i know that most new grapihcs cards are PCI, but i dont have enough money at the moment to buy a new mobo with PCI slots. The new card i want to get is here: click here

The specs are
# Graphics Processorr: ATI Radeon X1650 Pro
# Interface: AGP 8x
# Memory: 512MB
# Core Clock Speed: 600 MHz
# RAMDAC Clock Speed: 400 MHz
# API Supported: OpenGL 2.0, DirectX 9.0c
# Video Output: 2560 x 1600
# Max Monitors Supported: 2
# TV Interface: HDTV out
# HDCP compatible: Yes
# Compliant Standards: RoHS

Will this fit into my mobo?

thanks in advance

As your motherboard has an 8X AGP slot, you should have no problems.
