Well done "Phone4U"

This morning I had to buy a new mobile phone for an elderly neighbour who needed one for emergency use only. I offered her one of my old ones but she couldn't manage the tiny buttons. So I did a tour of the local high-street, calling in all the well known outlets asking for advice. The majority of them were very helpful but most wanted to sell me an expensive model quite unsuitable for occasional use.
The young lady who served me in Phones4U was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what was required, and eventually sold me a £20 Nokia which does everything it needs to do, simply and easily. She did all the paperwork, inserted the Simm card, topped it up with £10, tried it out, and made sure I was totally satisfied, then as an "extra", she threw in 12 months FREE insurance !
I invite anyone else to beat that for service. I hope anyone contemplating the purchase of a mobile will read this and be influenced. All too often we read tales of woe and bad service from companies,It's nice to report a good deed occasionally.

Customer service is very important to any company. The service here is exemplary and 'word of mouth' is the best form of advertising. Good one Phones4U and a good post amonra.
