If you have had a Sky engineer fit it then he should have made the connection though an HDMI cable as MCE2K5 has suggested. Sky HD is impossible to get without such a connection and if you are paying the HD tariff then it should have been set up that way.
The TV is compatible it is HD Ready and has an HDMI input which must be used, what did the engineer say?
If so then you may be viewing through the scart connection which CANNOT supply HD. Choose the TV remote and scroll through the AV inputs until you find the HDMI input (it mat be AV 3 or 4 or whatever or with luck it will say HDMI)
Finally, there is no reason in viewing terms to connect by scart, in fact it is best isolated as a direct link to the TV.
The reason is a scart connection includes a link which will (usually) automatically tell the TV to use it's signal when the digibox is turned on. At the moment HDMI will not do that so you will have to select it manually each time through the AV input selector on your TV remote.
