I am trying to do this with no success. The instructions I can find say as follows.

Start by turning on the device.Factory Reset SAMSUNG I9195 Galaxy S4 mini
From the Home Screen go to Menu and then to Settings.
"Tap Backup & Reset and then Factory data reset.
Afterwards find and select Reset device.
To confirm your choice select Erase everything.
That's all."

OK but when I go to settings there appears to be no "backup & reset" option.

Any advice please.

Thanks BRYNIT, I must have tried that a dozen or more times but all I could do was turn the volume up or down. This time it worked.
