I have a Sony Handycam here and I want to to put the original file that I deleted back onto camera I have this video backed up onto my computer, I can't copy this file back onto the "Drive" as it won't let me any suggestions please?Happy ChristmasCheersRob
The Handycam in question is the Sony DCR-SR33 Model.
According to the Specs. below, I would have to say No, Sorry.Any specific reason you need it back on the Camcorder?JacksAudio Input NO Audio Output YES Video Input NO Video Output YES S-Video Input NO S-Video Output YES USB Input NO USB Output YES (USB 2.0 Hi-Speed) External Microphone Input NO Headphone Jack NO
The Camera is AV Enabled meaning I can connect to the TV. It has its Microphone and the others you mentioned as well.
I could be wrong. It uses USB Mass storage Devices, So it should be a matter of Drag & Drop.
Also when I try to move the file onto the drive its saying the disk is white protected.
Yeah I think so too a friend of mine suggests theres a "Protect Data Setting" enabled somewhere on the camera Ile fish it out.
Manual, click here
Could it be the "Empty Function"?
I think the "Empty Function" is like adding Zero's to get rid of the Data (your mpg's & jpg's) For when you sell on the Camcorder i.e. Totally Erase what's on the Hard Disk.
Well every aspect is worth a shot.
