Linking Sky box/TV with FreeView to a DVD recorder

Just picking up bog standard free channels through my Sky box/satellite dish.
Also have an indepented signal from my aerial running into my digital TV (built-in Freeview).
Need to link these to a DVD recorder - the intention being I'll be able to watch one channel while recording from another.
Off the top of my head the Sky box has two SCART sockets, the Samsung DVD has 2 SCART sockets.
The TV also has 2 SCART sockets but only an RF In (no Out)
So can I link them purely with SCARTs?

Get a scart switcher. I use one of these which lets you route either box to the recorder while watching the other one.

They also sell them in many other places including Tesco.

The TV will almost certainly only output the channel to which it is tuned. So to watch one programme and record another, I surmise that the recording would have to be from the Sky box. If both Scarts on the recorder accept inputs then a Scart switch should not be required to record the Freeview programme being watched, if you should ever need to do that.
