Hard Case For Nikon D40X

Does anyone know where I might get a hard (preferably leather) case for a Nikon D40X that would take the body fitted with a 18-55 lens?
Something similar to the cases that the old 35mm SLR's came with.
I have looked at the CF-DC1 case but this is way too soft, more of a glove than a case.
Thanks in anticipation.

I know it's not the answer you are looking for (maybe), but I purchased a case from JEsspos recently for my D200.

It's more of a rucksack, made by LowePro, and the inside can be configured a number of ways to enable easy accomodation of the camera with lens attached.

I decided upon this choice as it's secure, very well padded, swings round to remove the camera and doesn't look like a camera case with expensive gear in it.

The alternative is an aluminium brief case with cut-out sponge moulding.

Here is the one I have:

But there are also hard cases here:

Thanks for the links.

I am thinking that perhaps I may have to get one made. I really want something that will allow the camera to be used whilst still mostly in the case, like my old 35mm.
