Ever heard of one of these?
No nor have I .

Anyway on another help site where I try to help out
A flood of enquires with essentially the same problem
It seems the camera is supplied with no software disc.
And when it it plugged via USB to a Vista cimputer
Vista demands a 'driver'
I have always though that Windows regognised media cards as another drive always.
Any thoughts ?

go for a known brand, and at £90 its neither cheap nor good,

Well Steves dgicam revue does not list it
Which suggests it is something to avoid.
Yet a Google lists the 'Brand' popping up all over
with various sellers.
No point in telling someone who is seeking help "I would not buy one of those" is it
They have got it and need a bit of help.

Would it be simpler to tell them to use an SD card and card reader?. then there will be no software issues

Thank you HSS that remedy is already on the list.
