Thanks for that pointer Anchor.
This certainly bears out what I have found over the last week or so.

I wanted an inexspensive point and shoot to leave in the car at all times.
I am well served by a DSLR and bridge camera so the price point was at the very low end.
Looked at Kodak C533 and Canon A460. Both are really limited at anything other than the lowest ISO number.
Still I stayed with the Canon, slightly better than the Kodak at upped ISO number. But still somewhat limited.
Came to the conclusion that I was searching for something that I was unlikely to find. However that Fuji F3, if I remember correctly looked useable.
Should have done more investigating to find that one. Although it is a step up on the price I wanted to pay.
