Cheapest laoptop available?

I really need a cheap and not too heavy laptop that I can bring to the library in college and do assignments on. It would need to have a wireless card or else I could get one seperately. Does anyone have any advice? Would I be better to get a second hand one or would that be too risky.

I'm not a big fan of celeron's but this is a decent buy for the price, for a student. click here

It also has built in wireless. Don't expect it to do any games though.

My youngest son has a student card that he can use at pcworld. It gives him a 10% discount on everything, if you have one, that could drop it to £359.
