I am looking for a treally cheap mp3 player for each of my very 7 year old granddaughters to stop them playing with their dad's ipod. Memory size is not really important but the ability to download straight from from a hard disc via Windows Media player or Itunes would be useful. Any thoughts from experience what may be reliable.

Having had a look around I have found the following:
Aigo A203 256MB - Amazon £10
TeckNet A8 512MB - Tecknet £15 + postage
Creative Muvo 512MB - PCW £19
Matsui MAT105MR 512MB - PCW £15
Logik Orbit 256MB PCW £10

Reviews seem quite mixed on all of these. Has anyone any first hand experience of any of these. I guess buying via Amazon is the best course of action due to their excellent refund policy.

Tesco sell a 256MB MP3 player for £4.97, IIRC.
