Burning DVD from .VOB files?

I have acquired a folder of menus, .IFO, .BUP and .VOB files, which I should theoretically be able to re-assemble as a working DVD video disc. How do I achieve this reconstruction? (I don't currently have a working copy of Nero)

Put all the files into a new folder, rename this folder as "VIDEO_TS" without the quotes, and then burn it onto a blank dvd! If everything is there as it should then it will work on a bog standard player

Thanks 'theDarkness' I also have a number of these files on my HD that I didn't know what to do with.
