i have a old black white pic i would like to give a sepia tint on paint shop 7 i also have elements 2 ,any help please

Do you have a Duotone tool in PSP7?. If so use this tool and select yellow and black, varying the shade of yellow will alter the shade of the sepia.

As an alternative, most of the freebie editors of a sepia tool. click here

1 Open a photo in Paint Shop Pro.
2 If the image is in color, go to step 3, otherwise skip to step 4.
3 Go to Color > Gray Scale. (only if the image in color)
4 Go to Colors > Increase Color Depth > 16 Million Colors.
5 Go to Colors > Adjust > Red/Green/Blue
6 Enter 20 for %Red.
7 Enter -15 for %Blue.
8 Click OK.
