I am trying to find a direct tele number for Zanussi HQ. I keep going round the service/call/spares etc depts, but I want to speak to someone other than a engineer with regard to a problem I have with my microwave.
Any help please ? I have tried Google etc but cannot seem to find the correct number.

Thank you

Tony

Many thanks everyone. Sorry for the delay but have been out watering the tom plants !!
I have tried most of those numbers but keep being put through to Service Care even on the Head Office 08445 613 613 or 01582 491234.
The problem is, I want to turn off the power save option on the microwave so we can see what the time is in the kitchen. At the moment the clock illumination turns off after two mins so we have to press one of the function buttons or open the microwave door to power up the oven to see what the time !!!
It's a new built in model (ZNM11N) and nothing mentioned in the manual or their website. Anyone out there got the same model by chance.

e-mail often works better with such queries

Thanks 961. I have sent 11 and the reply I get is to call their service centre! I have had two visits from their engineers but both were unable to rectify the problem, so I thought that if I could speak to a Zanussi boffin he could help .

By the time (pun) you have phoned that lot it will have cost more than buying a kitchen clock!

  tonyx1302 20:57 17 Jun 2010

I know wiz-king but it just bugs me ! I have spent 4hrs today getting no where with their call/service centres. All I want to do is to turn the 'power save mode' off so I can see the bloody time on the LED clock built into the oven. Its seems above Zanussi thinking that someone would want to see the time on their oven without having first to open the door or press a function button. Surely its not rocket science. There MUST be a solution.
