XP Home Voice recognition

Just started using the software provided by XP. I have not completed the full training. But I have noticed even if I say the wrong word it is sometimes accepted. How does this software compare with others on the market ? Could it be the Geordie accent which is causing the problem?

Like many other "features" of XP (like the CD Writing which is in fact a cut down version of Roxio Easy CD) the program is the bare minimum.

Voice recignition is based on American English (probably with an accent too) and is in comparison with other products very poor.

I went from XP to Dragon naturally Speaking and the difference is astonishing. Mind you, think about paying £150 for voice recignition software and think also that you can get the whole windows system for the same price and you will understand why!
